He's way in the back left side, up the incline. See the attached map. I circled his house.
I will try and take you there but if not, follow the bath behind RS to the left and go up, cross the bridge, follow the diagonal path, make a left after and at the house, go up the incline. Whew.
Edit - you can leave using the minus sign so you don't have to go all the way back.
