You didn't hear? It's a compilation of mini-games bundled with a Wiimote (all for $40)... Kind of for the non-gamer.

I thought it wouldn't make it outside of Japan myself.

I am most likely not picking up Mario Party 8, at least not immediately... I really want to read the reviews before picking it up. All the GCN Mario Parties have disappointed me, and I have a feeling the Wii version won't be too different...
