I would highly prefer that Tipper have her original shirt and relatively original house, but it's negotiable. I don't know the state of Marina's house in comparison to her original setup, but what she's wearing/the state of her house can be seen in my dream town here: 4000-2151-5945

I'll also be willing to trade sets or bells for Tipper, in which case I guess Marina will be given away

Sorry, just Tipper, but I'm CONSIDERING Molly :/ I apologize to everyone who wants Marina seeing as "unpopular" villagers like Tipper are in low supply/are generally voided. However, on the bright side since Tipper is "one of those villagers" I probably won't even necessarily need to trade Tipper for Marina; if this ends up being the case, then I promise I will hold a giveaway for Marina
