There was a post in Bell Tree HQ that explained an unexpected delay had occurred with the March birthstone

It has not been released yet. Supposedly, it's coming out March 11th 2p.m. pdt time

Either Thunder needed extra time to finish it, or Justin/Jeremy couldn't work out how to reuse old code ;p

Or we were waiting for the rest of the Direct to be ready to go to release it all at once. We've done this before, unfortunately it took longer than expected, we were aiming for March 3rdish originally.

That's rather orderly of you. Though, I don't think releasing the stone earlier would have taken any significant impact away from the direct.
