Male players and QR dresses?

I think they can wear dresses and skirts from the able sisters etc, but do male players have the option to wear a QR code dress? Thank you for letting me know c:

I debated with that for a while too. I waited like a year before I made one, because I wanted a character with different eye shape. But I have a well-planned out path in my town and I didn’t wanna ruin any of that by putting a second big house in. Plus the second character doesn’t get the mayors privileges.
I ended up finally making a second one like a month ago. It was another girl, but I found a few things I like a lot! One is being able to fully decorate 6 rooms in another house. I had ideas that I kept switching out in my mayors house, but I started transferring my items between characters. Now my storage isn’t full and most of my cool items are actually displayed.
Another thing I really like is being able to have two different styles on my characters that I can keep on instead of having to switch one characters outfit.
My mayor I keep really goofy and tomboyish, but my new character I put all the pretty qr outfits on that I find.
I thought it would be harder to play as a second character, but it also makes things a lot easier. Plus you can still do a lot of things I thought only the mayor could do ( villagers can stop ask you permission to move and such)

Im a trans guy and sometimes have my character wear dresses they don't make any comments or point it out. The only one who does is Mabel who assumes you're shopping for a present unless you try it on and she compliments you, but that's the only time they say anything at all.

Oh yeah, these are all good points haha. I think if I make my second character I am going to leave his house as a tent. I love the way the tents look and I have a forest town, so it would match perfectly.
