I've been playing and time travelling a lot lately to try and move my dreamies into Gamine, so much that I didn't notice I only had 8 villagers and Gruff moved in, right beside my beach.

At first, I was cursing myself and my bad luck, but then I realized he was a cranky villager and I was missing a lot of the cranky PWPs (zengardenzengardenzengarden). And, because he's SO close to the beach, it should be easy to trap him at night.

As well, the other day, I got Bettina on my other town, and while resetting to place her house, I logged in as my mayor and doomed her to a bad spot. But, when I rethought it, she would fit in perfectly in Gamine, as I'm planning a little bakery/cafe in Gamine and she has the cutest chef theme <3

Please share some stories where ACNL gave you some lemons (figuratively, and maybe also literally) and you turned it into a great thing! I've been having so many slip ups lately, I need to stay optimistic.

I started out the game with pretty much zero villagers I liked (before I got into villager trading) and didn't do much with my town because of it....then one day my jock villager comes up to me and suggests the police station PWP - something I'd given up getting after several weeks of no PWP's. Then he also goes on to suggest almost every jock PWP I wanted....before I kicked him out and replaced him for a jock I actually wanted.
But you know, he did his bit for Hyrule....

Omg I love Bettina! I always put her next to my cafe! And planning that now in my town of zephyr! I'm glad more and more people are appreciating her

Well, I used Becky to suggest me PWP, and now I'm using Filbert too. I'm such a mean mayor, lol.
