Making a fish market on the beach

Hi everyone. I’m fairly new at ACNH and have been looking at a lot of images online of other people’s islands and have absolutely fallen in love with the idea of a fish market on the beach. There are so many creative and fun people playing this game! One of the things I’ve seen (but haven’t been able to figure out how to acquire) is a net rack (not sure if that’s what it’s actually called) but it looks similar to the fish rack. If anyone has information on how to get this item, I would be very grateful.

You acquire the fish-drying rack, among other items, from participating in the Fishing Tournament. You earn points by catching as many fish as you can in a few minutes, and you can keep doing that to earn more points. You use those points you earn to acquire various items from C.J., who runs the tournament. The next Fishing Tournament is coming up in April.

Fishing Tournaments occur on the second Saturday of January, April, July, and October and last from 9 AM to 6 PM. So, be ready to participate on April 10!

Thank you. I have two fish racks I received in an earlier tournament but everything I was able to google regarding the prizes are all things CJ has already given me. I still don’t know how to get the net drying rack. I’m attaching a photo I found online of what I think is an amazing fish market with the net rack in the lower left corner.
