I just want me gas for Milotic and Dragonite. Milotic because I use it and Dragonite just to see that its mega stone would be called.

I didn't make it but I thought this was really cool-

Also, this should be a thing...

Ha. An electric cobra. How funny.

...

Basically, Light type. A Berry for weakening super effective moves of that type (Quigon), an object for increasing moves of that type (Glowing Spark), and a Plate that does the same thing with the bonus of making Arceus that type (Luminous).

It's an Anaconda ACTUALLY

Shadow Blitz
Power: 100
Accuracy: 95
The user uses shadows to charge itself forwards, causing the user's speed stat to raise sharply. The user allows shadows to briefly tear apart the opponents soul, darkness overcoming the user, punching the opponent through the chest or stabbing it with a claw. Lowers the opponent's defense, but causes the user to not listen to the trainer, only attacking the opponent with offensive moves, the shadow creatures the user summonded lowering the user's Special Defence and Defence stat sharply every turn it loses control.

Spirit Shock
Type: Electric/Ghost
Special Attack
Power: 95
PP: 10

The user gathers their energy and shocks the target with spirit energy. This lowers the user's attack. (Latias/Latios/Ninetales/etc.)

And a berry that increases the power of a move by 20% once, one for attack and one for special attack.
And maybe more berries to increases stats like the X items do.

Somehow, this is like the Alicorn Amulet.

Which is what the Arceus Amulet is based on. It maxes your stats while causing confusion.
