The first one I'm gonna be doing involves multiple posts, and since posts can only be 50,000 characters long (I know because I went almost 6 times over the limit), I'm gonna have to do this one step at a time, or two, or five.

This is a Fake Cheat I like to call, the Yoshi Cheat. It works for both Kalos and Hoenn, and only once you've beaten the main game already. The locations are different, though, depending on the region.

1. Start up your game, but instead of starting up your file, click on the Mystery Gift.
2. Upon reaching the serial code method of obtainability, type this serial code:
HTML:
SMWYOSHISEGGSNES
3. NOW start up your file. For some reason, your party will be stocked with two extra slots, and your 'Dex will be expanded by 9 slots, one of them placed just before Bulbasaur. This is a hint of foreshadowing.
4. Go to the nearest Pokemon Center, and you'll see the person you always see when you get a Mystery Gift. Only this time, she won't do anything unless you totally empty your party, which previously wasn't possible!
5. Once you do empty out your party, you'll instead be brought an... Odd Egg. Look in your party. There's nothing in it yet! Look in your Key Items pocket. There it is! It's white with green spots, and is tagged with the following description:
HTML:
This is a mysterious egg found somewhere far away. It strikes an air of familiarity.

If you put two Pokemon in the daycare you get a free Pokemon.

If you catch 3 Diglet's, you'll have 3 Diglet's.

If you press the face buttons (A/B/X/Y) all at once when you throw a Pokeball, and then rotate the directional pad/control stick in a circular motion after the Pokemon gets into the Pokeball while still pressing the face buttons, it increases the chances of catching the Pokemon. Just be sure to not stop rotating, and also don't let go of the face buttons until you get the "caught/breakout" message.

This has worked ever since the days of Red and Blue.

- - - Post Merge - - -

If you catch 3 Diglet's, you'll have 3 Diglet's.

No, if you catch 3 Diglett, you have a Dugtrio.

Also, if you catch 2 Doduo, and bring them both to your region's laboratory, scientists will offer to make you a Dodrio by cutting off the head of one of your Doduo and attaching it to the other.

Plus, if the Doduo that lost its head survives, then you'll obtain the mythical Dodolo as well.

-Give all Pok?mon Feebas' stats except for Milotic.
-Make Mega Feebas (Water/Electric) and Mega Milotic (Water/Psychic).
Thus Feebas and Milotic will be the only viable Pok?mon. Because Feebas>Magikarp. :3

Magnemite evolves when you have 3 Magnemites in your party, and 1 is holding the Magnet, and Magneton's weight actually is equal to the weight of 3 magnemites.

If you catch 6 Magikarp and turn 180 degrees at route 14 in Kalos, you'll have 6 Magikarp and be on route 14 in Kalos but now you'll be facing the other way.

6. Go back to your hometown if you aren't already (no Pokemon will show up because they aren't bothered to mess with someone who has no Pokemon). If you're in Kalos, for some reason, Sycamore will be in Vaniville instead of Lumiose. Anyways, talk to the professor. He'll examine the egg and be absolutely STUMPED! Sycamore/Birch is an absolute GENIUS when it comes to Pokemon, and he has no idea about this egg!?
7. Here, since you have no Pokemon (and you shouldn't by this point*), any chances of having a Talonflame or Magcargo to speed up the hatching process are null! How will you ever hatch the egg!? No amount of steps will hatch this doozy! Luckily, there is a way! Just go to Route 1[SUP]kl[/SUP]/Route 101 and you'll trigger the message:

The Game said:

Only instead of a screen where the egg hatches into *insert first stage of the mother Pokemon here*, the screen will turn white for 1 second, and when it's done, you'll find a familiar face standing right behind you. That's right, Yoshi has hatched from the egg!
8. You'll be asked the question:

The Game said:
Would you like to have Yoshi join you on your new journey?

Answer yes, and you'll have him join you! Answer no, and you'll be in for a surprise! The slot after Volcanion should be filled. All entries will have the classification Unknown and the entry "No data has been found yet." But, how does the Dex not have the classification or the flavor text, when it gets the types, Abilities, and movepools?

Because Yoshi has this Summary:

HTML:
Type: Normal
Lv. 5
Lv. Met: 5
Location Met: Route 1/Route 101
Attack: 20
Defense: 21
Special Attack: 17
Special Defense: 18
Speed: 24
HP: 29
Ability: Hustle
Tackle
Lick
Tail Whip
Comet Punch
9. Once you get him to Lv. 20, Yoshi will request a trip to Lumiose/Mauville. Once you get there, you'll be asked this:

The Game said:
Would you like to connect to the Internet?

If you say no (or your router's down, or you have a messy Internet), you won't be able to continue, so go back to having great Internet and say yes.
10. Once you've agreed, a green portal with black highlights shows up in front of you! Go inside. You've suddenly arrived in a strange mini-hub!

*If you try to put a Pokemon from before the cheat back in your party, the game will say "You can't put Pokemon back in your party yet!"

11. Suddenly, a storm will appear! It'll be raining cats and dogs... Literally. You have to seek shelter! You can go to the left and right doors, but all you get out of them are Super Potions. So go to the middle one. You'll end up in here.
HTML:
NEW LOCATION!
Twisted Manor
It's twisted because the rooms change every time you come back. Oh, and despite it being indoors, your movement isn't restricted to diagonal inputs.
12. You'll hear a familiar sound bite associated with a certain psychokinetic feline. And a text box will show up:

The Game said:
You have a feeling something is watching you...

And believe me, this cutscene will show up EVERY TIME you go to another room, but thankfully, the rooms are huge and have invisible mazes everywhere, and the halls are LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG, so you don't have to bother with this TOO much. But it could take a while.
13. But when you DO get to
HTML:
NEW LOCATION!
Center of the Manor
you get to have a confrontation with Espurr! I don't even know anymore, because Espurr is unable to be caught, just like the Marowak in Pokemon Tower WAAAAAAAY back in the late 90's, or more recently, the initial Black/White Kyurem encounter. If you never kept Lick, you're going to have a bad time, because Espurr's stats are:
HTML:
Espurr
Lv. 25
Psychic
Psyshock
Psybeam
Confusion
14. Anyways, Lick super effects the Espurr because blah blah blah type chart, and you DO leave some aspect of the Espurr behind. An amulet the thing was wearing! It's an accesory that goes on Yoshi! It's also an Item. The item's flavor text goes like this:
HTML:
Psychic Amulet
A strange amulet found on an Espurr. It grants immeasurable psychic power to the wearer.
15. For some reason, as soon as you give it to Yoshi, his type will change to Psychic, and he'll lose all his other moves in exchange for Psychic, Psycho Cut, Psycho Boost (previously Deoxys exclusive), and Teleport. Now he's even better!

16. Now that you're done with the initial run of the internet, get Yoshi to Lv. 35. There should be another prompt in Route 14[SUP]kl[/SUP]/Route 121, and another portal! Go inside, and you'll... be interrupted?
HTML:
NEW LOCATION!
Ethernet
17. You'll be confronted by a tiny pink teddy bear named Lady X, and her Malamar, who's been brainwashing various visitors, including various Youngsters, Tourirsts/Collecters, Ace Trainers, and... Rainbow Dash?
HTML:
Pokemon Trainer Lady X
Owned Pokemon: Malamar
Lv. 35
Hypnosis
Imprison
Feint Attack
Nasty Plot
Once you beat her, she'll fall to the ground, and EXPLODE!!

Lady X *upon exploding* said:
You may have done me in, but we'll see if you can handle my Malamar for Round 2!!

This implies a bit of foreshadowing.
18. Everyone will come to their senses, and Rainbow Dash will join your team!
HTML:
Type: Fairy/Flying

19. Now that you've escaped the Ethernet, you should probably go to Route 7[SUP]kl[/SUP]/Route 110. You don't have to do anything, just getting a cutscene that leads to Rarity joining the group!
HTML:
[HTML]Type: Rock/Fairy

21. Korrina will show up and her Lucario, whom she insists on calling Derek for some reason, is with her. This is a hint of foreshadowing. But, Applejack is here!
HTML:
Applejack
Type: Grass
Lv. 40
Lv. Met: 40
Location Met:
Held Item: Applejackite (Mega Stone for Applejack.)
Attack: 204

Ability: Abundant Orchard (All Berries restore HP.)
Bullet Seed
Vine Whip
Grass Whistle
Apple Barrage (2 through 5 apples are fired at the foe.)
22. Get through the (fairly easy) obstacle course, and you'll make it to a dead end of the cave, glowing blue for a reason. You'll be confronted by a certain Great and Powerful somepony, who at this point has become a goddess among her kind, and uses her magic to manipulate Derek and a Blaziken (for good reason, as those two are the most popular Kalos Megas) into murdering each other, and she awaits a day when she can beat a mere so-called "Master Trainer" who only has a green lizard with psychic powers and three ponies.
HTML:
Trixie
Lv. 42
Type: Psychic/Flying
Ability: Tricky Magic (For every Special Attack used, all stats may increase.)
Trick

Tricky Beam (May cause one of the five major status ailments.)
Interlude: You see, the Dex numbers of the new finds are as follows:
Eppaljack - 000
Yoshi - 722
Rainbow Dash - 723
Rarity - 724
Applejack - 725
Pinkie Pie - 726
Fluttershy - 727
Twilight - 728
Trixie - 729
The fact that Trixie is not listed as Number 0 boasts some major spoilers.
23. Once you're done dealing with Trixie and her shenanigans, Yoshi will befriend the Blaziken, who, for some reason, is named George.

George. So suave.

24. George will join Yoshi's party, and you'll be kicked back to Shalour/Mauville! What's more, if you play X or Y, you get to fight her again in her GYM!!
HTML:
Gym Leader Korrina
Owned Pokemon: Lucario
Lv. 46
Held Item: Lucarionite
Aura Sphere
Force Palm

Counter
This is your chance to use that Applejackite you saw was equipped on Applejack!
HTML:

Mega Applejack is quite the physical attacker, with her already huge Attack stat DOUBLED!! And, she can Apple Barrage her way to victory in no time, despite Grass only doing half damage against Steel. If you win, you get $9,600!
