Magician's quest anyone?

People keep calling it an animal crossing knock off, I don't know if it actually is. It's a game by Konami, but licensed by Nintendo. Very similar to animal crossing, with some features we probably would have liked in the A.C. games, and also missing features from the A.C. games that we love. If it was possible to combine the two, it'd be an amazing game. I love both, I just wish Magician's quest had gotten more publicity. The sequel to the first installment in this series never made it outside of Japan, but I really wish it had. Even though I've been spoiled by newer game graphics and controls, MQ is a classic for me. I'm trying to get my boyfriend into it since I had an additional copy and the game died along with the original NDS network. Anyways, thoughts? Anybody else love this game? Still play it? Let's have a discussion!

I've played it before and wished that it was as popular as AC. Maybe I'll buy it again and start playing as I just recently got back into ACNL which I enjoy so much!

It's a little hard to find these days, so I wish you luck, if you decide to pursue it. ACNL has gotten me back into MQ.

I love Magician's Quest! I used to play it everyday! It's a very nostalgic game for me. Speaking of, I should start playing it again, after a this time I still haven't finished it!

I love that game! It has its own charm. I wish it was popular enough to have the new 3DS Japanese version translated. :/ But I don't think that'll ever happen.

I didn't know about this game for a long while until I saw some clips of it, it looked really good! Wanted to play it but for a while couldn't find a good price for it. Couple of months ago I was able to get hold of a copy! I really wish that this game was more popular and some of the characters designs are so cute!
