UPDATE: 4 days later~ someone has returned the dvd to Redbox today! lol I checked my account today & Redbox has changed me $8.48 for my rental. Which has me conclude someone took the dvd home with them, watched it & was kind enough to return it after they were done (obviously giving them the benefit of the doubt since it was technically stolen) But nonetheless I am happy they chose to return it versus not return it at all! Saved me at least $28+ for not having to pay full price! So thank you kind stranger!
