Selling LOPEZ is Moving..

It's so hard for me to let villagers go, but i do need change and so i've allowed Lopez to move, he will be moving on the 22nd.
I would appreciate bells, or villager offers....
I would really like him to go to a good home where he is a dreamie for someone, and will stay in their town, hes lived in mine for 6 months!
