Looking to Visit Any Town for Signatures!

Need signatures for Filbert's petition, I'd appreciate any help and will abide by any town rules!
Edit: Please have 10 villagers, since I'd like to avoid recently moved villagers coming into my town.

Howdy, me again! if you'd like you can come visit my town, all I ask is that you only run on paths and that you leave afterwards via train. I'm probably not going to be on my ds so feel free to go wherever shop, get sigs, whatever and just leave whenever you're good ^.^
