He is a dreamie of mine and I haven't really seen him being auctioned or offered here on the board, so I'm not sure how much luck I'll have with posting this

I'm willing to pay up to 1 mil bells, since he isn't very popular I think that's a reasonable price. And I can also pay with hybrids. Does anyone have him? Please help me out, thanks!
