Looking for the name of a show

There was a network called the Hub at one point. It aired things like "Dan vs" and "My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic". Before that it was Discovery Kids, it had a load of Canadian "edu-tainment" made with flash. Among that lineup, there was a show about a smug brat and her idiot brother living on an African wildlife reserve. One episode involves the main brat making friends with a goat, she can talk to animals or some crap. The goat is going to be sacrificed in a ritual so her best friend can become a man. She spends the episode trying to stop the ritual, I think.

Either in this episode or another the B plot involves the main character's annoying little brother having a fit because he wants to see a real lion, because those aren't dangerous at all.
