Looking for someone to advise me on my town planning (paths, PWP, etc.)

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for someone to help me plan out my town layout. This will involve PWP, paths (where and possibly which), vegetation, and general areas (eg park, suburb, etc.).
This won't involve doing any practical work (eg physically planting flowers) or helping me fund this.
My town looks awful, and it feels awful, and I, honestly, hate it right now. Any help is much appreciated and I'm happy to pay for it.

I'm thinking a beach town theme, or something similar. Not really fairy tale, zen, or modern themed but I'd like some classy modern elements in there.

If you are going for beach theme, then you probably want to use PWPs like outdoor chairs, hammocks, torches, and bonfires. I'd also plant a lot of orange trees and island fruit to give it a beach-like feel. I don't know how crazy you want to go with paths, but I know there are some sandy / beach paths out there which you could find and use. If you want, I could come over to your town and give you some ideas of where to put stuff.
