Looking for Some Time to Catch Certain Fish

I need to catch a Spider Crab and a Horseshoe Crab, does anyone have a town that is in March/April for the spider crab and July-Sep for the Horseshoe Crab? The Spider Crab can be caught all day, but the Horseshoe Crab can only be caught after 9 p.m.

If I could visit long enough to catch those that would be awesome.
