Buying Looking for Landscaper

Hey there! My town is a bit in shambles, random flower patches, no paths, no tree designs! I need some help! I need a landscaper that is willing to do a complete makeover of my town. Including, laying paths, planting bushes, chopping and replanting trees in better places, re-organizing flowers! It will be a lot of work, but I am willing to pay a very large about of IGB!!!! Well, the plan was to pay a lot, in order to have the landscaper bring their own plants and things. Is this possible for you to do? If not I totally understand.
