Looking for the help of those TTing experts :P

I have never TT'd before although I have read quite a bit about it.
Thing is, I have worked ALOT on my town and I am terrified of making a mistake and messing things up.
Which is why I have never bothered with TTing for villagers. BUT I am still a long way away from getting all of my dream villagers and every time a villager I don't want moves out I am terrified that as my town grows I wont have many spaces for new villagers to move in without ruining all my hybrids, orchards, paths, bushes around every path, and it will be impossible to move that new villager into the space where the previous villager was. I really don't want to be playing in fear until I get everyone I want.
Basically I really want every villager in before really setting my towns layout perfectly in stone, which is why I am looking at the TTing route rather than having to wait forever before I can get my town the way I want it.
Hope this is making sense so far....

Anyway, i am looking for you guys TTing expertise :)
About the best way to go about doing this, I know I should probably uplift all my hybrids and store on my beaches for safety, and I should probably hold onto some of each fruit also.
I apologise in advance for the amount of questions I am about to ask xD but I would really appreciate it if someone has the time to clear these things up for me before I mess up my town.
I feel that this could help quite a few people with the same questions as I have.

I was looking at this topic: http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?82107-Guide-Fool-Proof-Guide-to-Moving-Villagers-OUT
And figured I should best start there?
I have read all the steps and I think I have them down but I am guessing that guide is made with the obvious TTing rules in mind, in which case I probably don't know them all.

I have my town set to beautiful ordinance.
I currently have 9 villagers, 3 of which I am keeping and I currently speak to all of my villagers everyday. The last villager to move in was Lucky and that was about 2-3 days ago.

Where do I start? And which precautions should I take before I start TTing?
After I have TTed and found out if a villager is moving and which day can I TT to that day and not mess anything up?
Also would they still be moving on that day if it happened to be a villager I wanted to gift?
Can I still do the reset trick while TTing for villager house placement?
Does the villager moving in stay the same even if I do the reset trick? (Taking into account that the villager moving in would be a random rather than from someone elses town/campsite)
If no villager happens to ask to move (Or any other villager mentions that someone is moving) should I just keep hanging around that day incase I just haven't been told? Or should I just keep TTing? (I really don't want to be losing one of my dream villagers)
On that topic I have heard mixed responses of the outcomes of TTing backwards, when shoud I be TTing backwards? Straight after someone has moved in?
And by how much at a time to get back to the normal date? One big jump backwards or days at a time?
Should I limit TTing forward to a certain amount of days/months and then TT backwards before proceeding to TT forwards again? TT Backwards on the day each villager has moved in or otherwise?
Am I guaranteed to not lose any of my dream villagers while doing this?
After a villager has moved in that I do not want to keep, should I TT to the day he is unboxed before trying to get them or another unwanted villager out? Same question with the villager who has moved in being one I DO wish to keep?

Is TTing going to affect anything else in my town? Town Tree? Shops? The way villagers treat you? (I will be going back to the current date after I have finished)
Anything else you think I should know before starting?

And by this time I think I will have went full circle :)
So I think this is all I need to know xD

My Dream Address is: 6200-2404-0108
Incase you would like to see what I am working with, or if it would change the answers to any of these questions.

And again, apologies for all the questions, as you can see, I am very concered about my town and I just don't want to be the TTing noob that messed up her town xD.

All help is greatly appreciated ^^

Wow... after posting this I am not sure if I would want to sit and read all that xD

You don't need to do any of this. :) As long as you have the beautiful town ordinance set (as you say have) then your flowers will be fine. That's the only precaution you need to take.

  • Trees will be effected in that they grow fruit faster.
  • The items in the shop will change because you'll be on a different day. However, the items you see on August 9 2013 (to use today's date as an example) will always be the same items you see on August 9 2013, no matter how many times you travel to/from this date.
  • Yes, you can still use the reset trick to control placement/villagers. However, if the villager is coming in from another town or the campsite then the villager will always be the same no matter how many times you reset.
  • You're never guaranteed to not lose villagers when you TT. Be wise and you'll be able to keep them - I haven't lost a single villager to TT'ing.
  • TT'ing backwards the day someone moves in is considered the smartest time to do it - but I do it whenever.

Ah I meant moving my flowers so they don't get trampled by a house plot :P
Same with keeping fruit, incase they get trampled also ^^

And yeah I figured there was no guarantee on not losing anyone :(
Thanks for answering! And taking the time to read my rambling ^^ I'll jot these answers down :)
