Resuming my dream travels today! I will try to get to as many as I can when I am free

Town of Moonsong:

Not many dream towns that I've visited are set in the nighttime, but with a town name like Moonsong, it seemed like an evening setting was a must! The starry skies and the meteor showers made an ideal backdrop for your town flag. I really liked the water borders that you used for your paths as well, as they really added that little something extra to the brick design.

I visited Artemis's house first and thought that the main room was very nicely done. I never quite know how to tackle the Japanese style, and I love seeing how other people pull it off. How funny, the custom strawberry design used in the kitchen was the same that I saw in Konpeito! It was a great choice for the room -- I also really liked the second strawberry design that was used on the exotic chair cushion. I think you could have even used that design on some of the alpine furniture as well! The teddy bear collection in the princess room was very sweet and the room to the right side was just lovely! I've never seen that particular pairing of wallpaper and carpet before, but it coordinated surprisingly well! The custom job on the furniture in this room really gave it character and style. The gothic look of the rococo room seemed fitting for a town called Moonsong. There was a kind of eerie hum to the 7-11 room with the vintage radio on in the background -- I wonder if that was intentional?

Selene's house was simply enchanting. I thought that the usage of the zodiac furniture items was wonderful, and I love love loved the mystical feeling of the second-story room: it was like a cosmic altar to the moon! The way you implemented the statues was excellent as well.

I'm guessing that you are striving for an all bird town? I thought that was quite original, and I got to meet some villagers that I seldom see which made for a nice change of pace. I actually thought that your flower placement was quite good in its current state. I think some blue hybrids would look great in your town as well (blue moon, if ya catch my drift ). Really enjoyed visiting your town -- great work!

Town of Konpeita:

The moment I climbed out of bed, I was absolutely floored by how beautiful your plaza looked! The QR codes that you selected for your ground tiles harmonized perfectly, and the cherry blossoms falling from the trees looked so pretty with their pink petals raining down. I visited Shibe's house/the schoolhouse first and I was so impressed with the level of detail that went into each of the rooms. From the classrooms, to the library, the nurse's wing, and the cafeteria, you seemed to have thought of everything.

The Japanese theme that characterized Momo's house was pulled off expertly. I also really loved the way that the bamboo and the tiles used in the surrounding area captured that zen feeling and created a really peaceful and serene ambiance. Nana's house was pure adorable! The custom strawberry design used on the furniture and the wallpaper in the main room was so cute without being overdone. The rococo set has always been one of my favorite, and the pink and white custom was a great choice for this particular home, and the kitchen had everything you could want! But I think my favorite room would have to be Nana's basement. It was exactly like walking into a fairytale. The lunar horizon paired with the flowery furniture was absolutely breathtaking. I noticed that in all of your houses, you incorporated a wonderful diversity of different items into your houses as well, many of which were quite rare and must have been difficult to obtain! Your public works projects were thoughtfully placed, and your villager lineup was very impressive indeed. In sum, I was completely floored and amazed by your town and I plan on being a repeat visitor for certain!

Now I think it's high time I went and got some *actual* sleep, but I will continue visiting your towns tomorrow!

Town of Laputa:

Who wouldn't love waking up to the sight of candy scattered on the ground -- sweet tiles! (literally and figuratively). I also really liked the QR codes you used over by the fountain (the flower designs and the smaller candies), and I think that you could incorporate those particular designs in other areas of your town as well. I could see that you've built lots of public works projects too, all of which really add to the overall layout. I really liked your assortment of villagers as well -- saw a lot of personal favorites in the bunch.

Your house is really coming together very nicely. I could tell that some rooms were more complete than others - there's still plenty of space to work with in your main room/sweets room, for instance - but it's clear you have already made terrific progress. The pink rococo room was gorgeous, and I really liked the rose wallpaper and flooring that you chose for your kitchen. I forget the name of the raised, square-ish table in this room, but the pink coloring really offset the clean white of your minimalist pieces and kitchen appliances. The mannequins on display in your ice room looked very styling, and your Pave room was wonderfully arranged. You really put the duplicate pieces to smart use. Overall, very nicely done, and I'd love to continue visiting as your town continues to expand!

Ah I'm so glad the meteor shower showed up in the dream. I happened to update my dream town last night and thought the shower would be a nice touch!

Why yes I am going for an all bird town. The reason being I just love birds. <3 Although Erik is sticking around because he's a deer and my two characters are named after the Roman and Greek goddesses of the moon so I figured it'd be fitting.

Thanks for the review! I'll keep in mind about breeding more blue flowers as I continue gardening. It's such a neat idea!

Town of Wishdrop:

Your plaza made a great first impression when I woke up in your town. The heart tiles were very cute without being too sugary or frou-frou, and the cerulean water was very striking.

I visited Faye's house first and was quite taken in by your main room. I really liked the symmetry of it, and those whirlpool baths certainly looked mighty inviting! I thought that custom pattern that was used in the nursery-style room to the right complemented the patchwork furniture to a tee. The sweets room was a absolutely delectable and a big highlight. Again, the custom designs used in this room were just perfect. I especially loved the chocolatey lampshade -- was that the flan shirt sold by Gracie or an original design? Either way, I had to suppress the impulse to lick my 3DS screen. The rococo room was pure elegance (coincidentally, it just so happens that I customized my rococo set in that same blue/yellow and even paired it with the exquisite rug like you! Needless to say, I very much approve.)

I loved that all of the rooms on the main floor of Lilly's house had a unifying theme. The naturalistic aura was very charming and skilfully done. It looks like Leif might have some competition -- she's got her own little gardening shop all set up in her main room! I don't think I've seen the regal furniture customized in red before, but it sure looked great alongside the mush set! The clothes on display in your mermaid room coordinated very well with the series, and the ice series offered a bit of contrast to all the greenery.

Lastly was Star's house. The main room struck me as being kind of a waiting area -- it was sparsely furnished, but sometimes less is more as the saying goes. The Pave room was very uniquely set up, and I thought that the arrangement of the furniture, the inclusion of the regal pieces, and the implementation of the food items was excellent! The second-floor room was stunning, simply put. The starry clothing design was a perfect match with the cityscape wall, and the flooring (also custom, I'm thinking?) matched the color scheme wonderfully. If I had a hankering for coffee and dessert, that would be the place I'd want to go to! Very interesting the way that you incorporated the tabletop games with your gorgeous set -- there was a definite casino vibe going on in that room which helped to set it apart from other 'gorgeous' setups that I have seen.

It was a real pleasure visiting, and I intend to come again!

I actually recently changed the paths to look more weathered brick and less chocolate bar... Not sure if they were updated into that last visit. I know I have been busy last few days to update it. I had to change it because when sunset they really look chocolaty and make me hungry. ^^'

But the back room and patchwork of Faye's is very much a W.I.P. still. ^^' I love the patchwork series and hate how there is like no furniture for it. So, figured I'd make my on... And the design used in the sweets room on the lamp is the flan shirt. It looks amazing on the lamp in my opinion. =P

Town of Undadac:

Hehe, I like how you supply the dreamer with an axe right off the bat -- sometimes you just get the urge to swing one of those bad boys around and show some trees who's boss! (Not that I would do anything like that *shifty eyes*). Ahem..

Moving on, Caroline's home was like a feast for the eyes! You've got such an unconventional assortment of different items, and I think that's awesome! It can be a bit tiring when everything is so matchy-matchy, and nobody can accuse of falling victim to that. It was difficult to choose, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be the 'under the sea' basement. I saw a good deal of furniture customized with ore which gave your rooms some extra razzle-dazzle, and the Mario/Nintendo items were used in rather novel ways! The multicolored box sofas and box corner sofas used in your right room looked really great as well -- I quite liked that you didn't go with one uniform color as a lover of all things rainbow!

I'm curious if you intend on doing any pathing in your town, as yours is a currently a path-free zone. I liked the abundance of fruit trees and the fact that your town was updated while the cherry blossoms were still falling. You've got some great villagers as well (O'Hare in particular really charmed me with that jaunty little hat of his), and seeing my long lost Tiffany again was a nice treat. You had quite a collection of different ores in the upper region of your town -- wondering if you intend on putting them to use with furniture in the future, or if you just ran out of place to store them! Overall, very cool town, I'd like to see what else you have in store for Undadac's continuing development!

Yup. Town started 3/13. ^-^
But, it is my second town. So, I had a town before hand and was able to transfer some of my unorderable items and funds over to the new town.

When I was little ((like idk... between 7 and 10)) I wanted to be a pixel artist.
So, I practiced a lot and got so-so at it really... and finally became a pixel artist for a forum avatar community.
It definitely helped me improve and I had a lot of fun. =3
Just something I enjoy doing...

But that is how I got pretty decent with patterns.
Pixel art making and making the patterns in AC is the same thing... Using one little block at a time to make an image. XP
Plus, it is easy to just open up MS Paint to quickly try to do something on there and then copy it down onto the 3ds screen.
That is what I had to do with the water pattern since it originally was a pattern I made in an old town of mine... I had to copy down, square by square, the pattern into paint so when I got a new town, I would be able to use it right away and start putting paths down. XP Since even though I did post a QR of the water and could get with QR machine... I never made a QR of the fishy water and I wanted to have that in the new town. >.<

So, anyways, if anyone every wants to get better at making patterns in AC, it is generally helpful to look at pixel art tutorials. =3

Sorry to those who are waiting on a review; today has proven to be a busy day and I haven't had time to go dream-hopping! I will do my best to visit your towns as soon as I can.

Town of Aether:

I really liked the way that the blue/purple flower tiles and the squares of water offset the grey paths that you used. I noticed that you have quite a lot of flowers as well! I'm all for lots of flora, although I eventually had to do a major cleanup in my own town as I was up to neck in my them! Yours certainly haven't reached that level though

Some notes on Soraka's house: Your alpine room was very homey and comforting, and I always love seeing custom designs used on furniture fabric. There's no better way to really personalize a house than that! I also liked the way that the princess curio in particular fit in with your back room; now that I see it in that setting, it really does strike me as an item that looks right at home in a bathroom. The custom blue-and-black astro furniture was a great choice for the lunar horizon wallpaper. The wall/flooring combo in that room gave me fond memories of time spent in my beloved Julian's house as well. I was trying to make out the design used on the tablecloth of your blue table -- feel like it's something I should should know. Whatever it was, it looked pretty cool! The room to the right seems to still be in progress, but I'd like to see what direction you're headed with it. The game room basement was a gas, and using the various Nintendo/fortune cookies was very appropriate. I loved the whole color scheme of the upstairs room. The carpeting you selected had a rich coloring that worked very nicely with the autumn wall. And of course, the weeding days items and the mush items are a perfect fit. The room had a lot of furniture, but I tend to do the same in my homes as well -- what good is all that stuff if you can't have it on display!

Sona's house: I really liked the way that the underwater floor and the mermaid wall went together in your main room. The television seemed a bit out of place color-wise, but that lovely end table in white and pink was a very nice touch! I loved the flooring in the room to the left as well -- I think I smell another custom design! And oh, I see you used it again in the right room too. That customized wallpaper along with took up the unique factor another notch as well. The little bakery/eatery in your basement was very neatly set up and a definite favorite of mine.

Also, had a lot of fun with your face cutout standees and visiting your lovely villagers. Thanks for replying with your dream code!
