Looking for a town that's in September 15-30 to catch a King Salmon

Hello! I'm looking for a town that's within September 15-30 to catch a King Salmon for Grizzly. He is missing that fish from his original home and I would like to catch one while he finally asked for a river fish. Can anyone help? I will give you some form of tip, a chance to go to my town that's in February, or anything at all. Just ask! Thanks!
