Buying Looking for a Modest Thundurus with HP Ice

I'm not sure if I should be posting it here or the marketplace, but I am looking for the specific pokemon as mentioned above. I would like the ability to be Prankster and have perfect IVs in Special Attack and Speed. I can offer shinies, TBT, and I can breed and get competitive pokemon as well.
