Normally when you press Save and Quit, the Saving screen would pop up and say that saving is complete after a few seconds or so, right?
Just a few minutes ago, I was about to Save and Quit and strangely the game took a longer time to save than I usually experience it with. I wasn't on Wi-Fi with anyone else, and the only option was to hit the Power switch. I tried to press the Home button but it didn't work, so I waited a bit longer, and it said saving complete.
I was thrown into a huge panic there ;-;
Is this normal though? I've never had this happen to me before. The only other time I was forced to power off was in Pokemon X but it didn't corrupt the game.
I have the physical copy and have over 700 hours of playtime (probably even more since I have two cartridges now), and would this affect my game and cause a corruption of some sort? I'm probably going paranoid and I even closed the software and launched it to see if something happened.
