Regarding originality... I checked her shirt and catchphrase on her moving date. At that moment, she still had her original shirt and catchphrase (bonbon). Even though it has been a while since I checked her interior, I am positive that it is very much in tact.
Regarding paying... If you pay with TBTs, please transfer these BEFORE picking up Lolly. If you pay with in-game Bells, you could choose to drop or do Re-Tail. Please let me know in advance.
