I was trying so hard to get Lolly too. I've BEEN trying super hard and I've even barred myself from visiting anyone or letting anyone into my town whenever I had space. I'm so disappointed with what's been going on. I can only "apologize" for not being richer and/or not having a ton of rare stuff.
