Literally where should you buy amiibo cards from??

Maybe not the best option for some people but there's people on Ebay selling like 18 packs of series 1-4 for $60 which is like 50% off their retail price.

And free shipping.

Maybe jb-Hi fi? But you live in america right? JB Hi Fi is Australian though, that's where I bought them

I haven't seen any here in Australia for awhile EB Games has none and JB Hi Fi has none i don't think they stock them anymore here in Australia and if they do i bet its really rare and highly discounted, me and my friend went looking for some last year and there was none no where.

We had to buy ours online we ended up buying a lot through Ebay and Etsy so maybe try those two places.

Yeah, I think eBay is probably the place to look for specific cards. Some can be pricey, but if you keep an eye on new items for a while eventually you'll find it at an okay price.
I also bought one through From Japan, if you look up the Japanese names you can enter them in the search and see auctions and sales. The prices are a little better but of course you need to take shipping (twice) into account.

Pretty sure they've been sold out pretty much everywhere for a while, short of ebay resellers.

oh yeah, I should probably clarify that this was back in early 2016 when I bought these, and the prices have pretty much doubled since then

there's a reason why I still lack series 4 and the amiibo+ set

I?m not sure about in the US but eBay has some legitimate games and electronic stores selling official packs of cards for a good price!

As a late starter I've been looking too and I can only conclude Nintendo never makes enough of their things.

I bought a lot of mine from Toy R Us. I really hated the fact they're not open anymore. I have like 40 cards, some good and others not too bad. I wish they would open again and start selling them once more. I've tried too looking on all sorts of websites and people are just being ridiculous with the prices. :/

I'm from Canada and bought them before the update. All the stores sold them when they first came out and than people stopped buying them. The cards took up too much space and customers stole them. For Series 4 most of the stores went to online only purchases or put them on sale to get rid of them. After the update they sold out. Customers were trying to get something that the stores weren't interested in selling anymore.

I bought some of mine from amazon and ebay Canada while the prices were still low. $2 for one card was a good deal when I was close to completing my collection. I also used online local sites. One I used was Kijiji and met the person at a local coffee shop. We traded and I bought cards from her. Those usually list what cards they have and how much. Buying the cards separate is a better way to get them. A package can have repeats.

I've seen some posts where players bought homemade amiibo cards from Esty. Posters said they worked when they scanned the amiibo card. The price is lower than the cards.
My local EbGames had the 3 amiibo figures set for $5.99 a few days ago. Just looked on Walmart Canada online and they are selling one card for $19. Walmart stores don't have them anymore. Best Buy stopped selling them.

I checked EbGames online website and it doesn't show them selling it ): I might check their actual store but maybe it depends on location

You'll find a lot on Ebay and I actually found tons at Goodwill one time. Your best bet will definitely be the used market

I think they are just harder to come by now. I don`t think they are currently making them. Local stores near me don`t seem to sell them anymore. I am in Canada too. Amazon might be the only place.

Honestly though! But my brother actually just told me that Walmart, Best Buy, or EbGames should have them. He knows better than me since he said their websites are horrible and don't show everything. He said we could buy them in store. Well, I'll know for sure when I buy them, but if it's true Ill tell you on here (Just incase you wanna run to the store to get some too)

I’ve gotten a lot recently on eBay..they definetly have the best deals especially if you get random packs or used lots.
I’ve also been able to get some really nice deals in Facebook groups.
