No, not at all. I am merely saying that the mainstream is mainstream for a reason... most people don't want to put any effort into listening to music (or anything, for that matter). But if they just tried to analyze a more complex piece or genre, they would find it much more rewarding than the pop stuff...

But if they just tried to analyze a more complex piece or genre, they would find it much more rewarding than the pop stuff...

It just isn't my kind of music, I like other music more.
