I’m looking to date trade my red and yellow candies. Ideally, I’d like:
- a red candy from 2019
- a yellow candy from after October 31, 2018 (@6:18 PM)
- a green candy from October 2018

Ultimately, as long as the order is correct, I am not picky about the exact dates!

Orange can be anytime between October 26, 2015 and December 2018.

Edit: based on Crash’s far-more informed comment (lol I’m still a noob at this) I’m going to call off my search for a purple candy atm unless orange is really impossible to find. Date trading every candy to accommodate a purple would be a huge hassle sadly

Hi! My oldest candy is from 2013, so in order to not have to date trade I would need one older than that (which is impossible lol). However, if you’re willing to part with your purple candy, I’d love to purchase it anyway, in case I can find enough date trades to fit it. It was just a lower priority than orange for me, but orange is proving to be a difficult candy to find

Also date trading red candies shouldn't be too difficult since they're relatively common. Maybe you could ask for a 2019 red candy, that was as long as you find one dated between that and Oct 31 2018 you're good.

I may do that! I’m still new to this whole collectible thing, so knowing what’s easy to DT vs what’s not is still a bit hazy...

Generally collectibles that fall into the lower price range (red/yellow candies, tasty cakes, pears/oranges, common flowers, etc.) are easy to date trade since they were available more frequently than the ones that are more pricey.
