Not at the moment. Muffy won't be leaving until Whitney is adopted which may be a while considering that she's reserved. :I I recently had Willow, Vesta, and Curlos in my town so I don't expect them to be moving back in anytime soon.

Sure can. ovo The reservation fee is 20 TBT but Muffy is free so you won't have to pay for her. Only the reservation.

TBT is the forums currency. The tickets are exclusively for participating in events for the TBT fair and are non-transferable to other players. You earn TBT bells by posting on threads or posting new threads entirely. The amount of bells you receive is entirely dependent on the amount on the length of your post. ;v; 100tbt=5-8 million in-game bells so it comes in handy.

If you'd like though. I can reserve her for you now and you can just pay 500k in-game bells as the reservation fee rather than 20TBT when you come to pick up Muffy and I'll just mark her as reserved for you. :3

I get it. This was my first TBT fair this year so I was super confused on what the heck was going on with my ticket and bell transactions. I will put you on the reserved list for Muffy and PM you once she is in boxes. You will have a whole 24 hours to pick her up from the moment that she does go into boxes.
