Buying LF: Anyone in the months of March, April, or May? (Loach Fishing)

Tomorrow I'll be able to catch 4/5 of the fish I need to complete my encyclopedia, and given the fishing tourney is on the 14th it would be a little bit frustrating to be one fish short of getting a golden rod and having to wait another year. I'd be willing to pay well if anyone could let me visit their town and catch a loach! It's supposed to be common, so it wouldn't take long If anyone's willing, please lmk!
