LF a TIME TRAVELLER or a town thats in NOVEMBER

Ok so i am literally ONE FISH AWAY from completing my fish Encyclopedia and i just need to catch a mitten crab. which are ONLY available in rivers from september 15th- until the end of november between 4-9pm.

if anyone time travels, or has a town that is currently in autumn, and could let me come and visit to catch a mitten crab, that would LITERALLY be amazing ^.^
