Good luck, it's going to be hard for you to find people to trade as even the ordinary feathers are rarer than most of the letters :3
Should should have been there when there was the TBT fair and contact people who weren't using their tickets to ask to buy you the feathers and then propose them a price a for it (I got to buy some for 5 million ACNL bells)
