Probably Raymond. I like him a lot and wouldn't get rid of him otherwise but for the sake of the game that's who I'd pick. The other 9 were dreamies long before glasses cat showed up (excluding Audie, who was a surprise).

Flora or Marina, I suppose. I really love them both (more than some of my other villagers, actually), but I already have Tangy as a second peppy and Lolly as another normal, and I like both of them better than Flora and Marina.

I have other villagers who I like a bit less (Dobie, Sherb, O'Hare), but each of those are the only ones of their personality type.

i've been letting go one villager for the last 2 months, i've reached that point where my current ones are probably staying for a while until i want to scan in dreamies again. but if it had to let one go from my recent line-up, it's marina. her starter house is just not it. the other starter houses, i didn't mind because it somehow matched them and i was able to redesign it by gifting. marina would just never work no matter how i try. the theme is blue & red, meanwhile her actual house should be all pink. she just ends up putting on the pink items i gift on top of her tables and that's it. i think i'd let her go next month if she thinks of moving out

I’d be most willing to let go of Kyle or Jitters. Kyle because I currently have 3 smugs on my island and we haven’t really connected as much like when I had him as a villager in new leaf (wasn’t really a permanent one but was at least a little bit attached). As for Jitters, I already have Dom and I also didn’t have much connection with him unlike with Cobb from my previous island.

I actually thought about this for a long time but the only villager I'd be willing to let go of is probably Mitzi simply because I am not a fan of the normal personality. However, I would like to have all personalities so I don't think I'll actually end up letting her go (though I might swap her for other normal villagers to see who I connect with most).

Probably Cally if we're talking about in general? I will have 3 normals. I wanted Poppy before the even game came out and have grown alittle attached to my girl Sally. Sorry rosy cheeks. I will always loveeeee youuuuu.

But considering who I would invite after moving someone out, I should go with Pecan. I like all the Snooty squirrels and want all of them (at different times ofc) on my island at some point.

I think my villagers would rather boycott me because I haven’t visited them in a few days.

Zucker was a random move-in that quickly became a favorite, but I’d say goodbye to him before anyone else. There‘s other lazy personalities on my island and the novelty of his design has grown stale for me.

I would let Katt go! She was one of my first two starters and I really hate the starter homes. She'd have to go unfortunately!

I've been thinking about that for a while and it is really hard to make a choice. The only reason that I would consider letting someone go would be to try and get Mac instead. I don't have a jock and would kind of like to get the reactions related to that personality type, however Mac doesn't fit as well with my island theme as anyone in my current lineup. If I decided to go and get him, he would be a permanent replacement, so there'd be no going back.
It would probably make most sense to get rid of one of which personality type I have multiples, so either Chops (no way), Olaf (never), Felicity (absolutely not), Tabby (big no), Olivia (no!) or Gloria. Gloria could maybe, possibly be an option, but she just works so well with my theme and I made her a cute little duck island which couldn't just be taken over by Mac, so I'd rather keep her. I think that I could maybe say goodbye to Groucho at some point in the future, but it would be hard since I'm very attached to him and he does ultimately fit in better than Mac ever could.

I would let Pierce go -- he was my starting jock, and he's asked me to catch too many bugs/fish for him.

not counting genji bc he is a guest so doesnt count as a perma i would probs move out sherb or julian. mostly bc i wasnt really crazy about them like sherb i got from a giveaway and julian i got from a friend but they were both villagers i wanted to try out but not ones i was avidly looking for theres other smugs and lazys i wanna meet but i gotta wait until sherbs amiibo is released.

plus for julian ive been lowkey missing phil my first smug who somehow lives rent free in my brain bc i just think the lame acnh smug-ness fits him better than julian julian makes the smug lines sound cool, phil was just lame

as for my current villagers, I'd pick Agnes, just because she doesn't fit my town very well and I'm planning on moving her out anyway. Once she moves out I'll move Chief (back) in, and deciding who leaves next then is going to be so hard!

I'd maybe say Maple, she's very cute but I just don't really connect with her. Then again, if I want her back it would be a hassle because I don't have her amiibo. So for the sake of 'if I miss them I want them back' I might have to choose Skye or Benjamin. I like both a lot but the idea of them being available feels better then letting Maple go.

As of right now (so if I could still have 10 villagers) I'd choose to let go of Skye and Benjamin, and get 2 new villagers that I never had before. maybe I'll find some new loved ones! hard decisions >.<
