Legend of Zelda Map Town?

Earlier today I saw a couple of pictures of someone's town and their entire town had QR codes covering the ground to look the same as the Legend of Zelda: Link Between Worlds map, I assume? It may have been a different game, so, sorry if I'm wrong. But I would really like to use those QR codes for my town, I just can't seem to find the pictures again. Does anyone know where I can find them?
