I’m actually surprised so many people hate CJ........ fish twink fan club over here.
Buuuuuut I’m not a fan of Kicks. I never have been. Once I found a good pair of shoes in NL, I never bought another pair. I’d check out his socks sometimes. Wasn’t a fan of most of those either. The fact that he carries such limited shoes is LAME and his bags aren’t that cute either imo. I think the crafted ones/the Mom’s knapsack are cuter.

Zipper freaks me the heck out. One minute he is all happy and jolly and then as SOON as you get out of range he just... stops? Like dude, you're allowed to be not happy all the time. He just gives me the chills and I can't stand bunny day because of him.
I also don't really love Saharah. I guess she just really rubs me the wrong way because she just annoys me for some odd reason. Also, the way she talks. I can't tell why I dislike it but I really do.

dialogue wise, it has to be either cj or saharah. cj's dialogue is super annoying to me and saharah is super long winded and frustrating. however, i can't say im super thrilled when label/labelle shows up to my island when i could easily see pretty much any other npc and be happy about it.

I like most of the NPCs personality wise but functionally alot of them suck.
Leif is useless. He’s a waste of space. He always has the same stuff. He is cute though
Label is useless. I do like doing the challenge I find it fun but the clothes she gives are meh. I wish she sold stuff instead
Flick and C.J. are cute and I make money off them so I don’t mind having them
Redd is great but he doesn’t come often enough and last time he came with all fajes

I don't hate them at all. But both Kicks and Labelle offer nothing of worth so it really irritates me that Kicks has a permanent spot in the week and Labelle can take up a potential spot.
Ofc, this is just me personally. Maybe some of you people are really strapped for bells and the taliors tickets are helpful. etc... etc... But really, I don't think they should take up a spot tbh.

Labelle's visits are the most disappointing :/ I originally only got her once which I was fine with, then Redd got added and suddenly she started visiting and taking up the spot that could belong to him
Edit: if we're talking about how the characters act and not what they offer, I don't really like CJ. He reminds me of Pootie Shoe from Mythic Quest, but with fish.
