Like I said earlier... its for people who are in the European timezone so they can chat/ wifi with people in the same timzone.

Personally, I think that a chat group should be made, like EPIC, where no noobs can get in where the cool people can talk without every topic they make being overrun by noobs.
And it shouldn't be run by the mods, it should be run by the members.
