Landscaping Help!

Hi there, I've been working on my town for some time and it's kind of been a hassle at times, but mostly because I'm terribly indecisive and a bit all over the place at times. I'd like to make a nice town, but it also feels boring to me and I'm tempted to almost start anew, though I certainly don't want to lose all my progress or villagers. Maybe someone could visit my dream address and tell me your thoughts on my town, what might be improved, what I could do to spice things up! It's: 4400-3491-6751 and should be recently updated.
