They are all free to first come first serve, dreamie proof preferred but not required. In the ca se of multiple lurkers for a high tier, I'd also prefer it go to the dreamie proof.
I'll wait varying amounts of time, check the most recent post, if it's been longer than the stated time, it is likely gone already.
Write Rosemary in your post claiming a move out to make sure you read all of this. :'3 It's not mandatory, but appreciated.

In general, I don't reserve, the intent of this cycling is for me to have fun, and to give dream villagers out! This is why dreamie proof is preferred, they're supposed to go to forever homes.ie : you definitely can't sell any high tiers acquired from this thread. Any reservations you see are from friends. Or even my own main town.
In the case of claiming someone out from Auto-Void, I WILL PM, and wait around 1 ~ 2 hours.

Is fine! but probably doesn't have much effect. As said before, first come first serve, priority to dreamie proof.
If you aren't alert for when they're announced I also don't guarantee PM's. Or even Villagers, as this is the second place where I post move outs. I really apologize any disappointments that may come from this!
