Lack of decent turnip prices ?

Anyone else noticed a lull in people posting decent turnip prices the last couple of weeks ? A few weeks ago the forum was rife with people posting 400+ turnip prices I I've barely seen any of 100 in the last fortnight. Starting to panic that I've got a mill's worth in storage this week

I know. I check my prices everyday and I have them as low as 33 just a couple of days ago. They are at 64 today. I hope they go back up soon.

..I picked a good week to not buy turnips XD I was taking a break because it's a little hectic when you don't have internet at home. Even when I have them, I forget to check prices. Probably because when I do check, they're like 50 or 60 bells..

It's a combination of Pokemon and people leaving in general from boredom.

I had to take a big loss on turnips last week (I more than made up for it with beetles + sales from my shop) and decided I'm not going to do turnips anymore. It's just too hard when people aren't reliably online anymore. I've only had a really good price once ever (and I didn't buy turnips that week!). Every other time since June, whenever I check turnip prices it's a loss or an extremely low profit.
