I am an amateur artist, I am a proud and highly obsessive otaku, The Legend of Zelda games are my favorite but Animal Crossing comes in second, and I dream of living in Japan one day... I'm not really interesting...

No, that's only part of the definition. I'm sure she does other things in her life besides watch anime and collect anime paraphernalia.

If she wants to call herself an Otaku, I'll roll with it. I left out the 'true' definition, but yes, Otaku does mean more than a Big Fan.
