Kind of worried, nintendo 3ds XL making popping noise.

Is this normal? I read on their website if it is below 30% volume it is normal but i need first experience peoples thoughts..

I am just worried, I have had my 3ds for a little over a year.

I don't think I've ever heard a popping noise on mine... and I've had mine for almost 2 years. I think you should send an email to Nintendo just in case. :/

I've had a normal 3DS since just after launch and it hasn't been making popping noises... I'm consider contacting Nintendo about that.. something tells me it shouldn't be doing that.

Mine does too, when I turn down the volume low enough. Mine's about 2 and a half years old.

On nintendo's website it does say when the volume is below 30 % it may make a noise. I may call nintendo to see if this is normal or not because mine is a little over a year..I mean it doesn't pop consistently. It is every so often. I haven't heard it lately. I just love my ds and I want it in the best condition I can keep it!

No actually I haven't..when I am not playing it, it is either on the charging dock or in it's padded case.
