Katie's in my town again, would like to visit another town and drop her off there

Katie has come to my town once more. Can I go to someone's town and drop her off there? Thanks in advance.

Name of Villager/Mayor: Andrew

Note: If Katie doesn't show up with me when I visit, it means she dropped her ticket as she entered the train. Should this happen, it means you won't get Katie 3 days after I visit your town. This is apparently a random occurance, and I apologize if it happens.
