Rules:
- I will not keep track of lurkers
- I will make reservations for 2 mil over the "fixed" prices
- I will only reserve IF the villager is in my town
- I will not be holding villagers; please have a spot available for move-ins
- Tiers 1 and 2 will be held for 15-30 minutes, Tiers 3-5 will be voided within 10 min
- I have a fixed price list, this is first come first serve!

Pricing Guide:
Tier One: 8 mil
Tier Two: 6 mil
Tier Three: 2 mil/free at my discretion
Tiers 4&5: free

I use the Re-tail Method
Come to my town, pay at retail by buying the # of apples that corresponds to the # of millions of bells you are paying (buying a villager for 6 mil? buy 6 apples). Apples are 999,999k each, no need to settle the difference Once you have paid, meet me at the train station, we will walk to the villagers house together. Then I will go to retail and check to make sure you bought the apples. Then I will save and end. If this is too difficult for you, sorry lol.

i think that is more than fair, considering this is MY cycling thread. I'm saying 8 for TIER ONE villagers. villagers that have buyouts of 30mil.... I think I'm being pretty fair.

The 8 million is very fair but i do agree with Yamcha when saying it's too high for Tier 3.
