Trading Kabuki wants to move, I'm looking for Chief:)

Kabuki is in my second town and I'm @ 10 villagers. I really want Chief. If you do not want Kabuki for Chief I can offer bells, sets etc. Hopefully I should have what you want lol.
Personally my hope is I can find Chief and do a raffle for Kabuki This is also posted on GameFaqs.
