Just got a second 3DS and a copy of AC:NL

So I just got a second 3DS system and a physical copy of New Leaf..

Well, I was content with having one town & one ds, but my fianc? just got me a new one.. After he lost his Zelda DS XL few months ago we only had one DS and he stopped playing on DS for a while. Anyways, The new ds is pink and the one I have is black XL so he will probbly be playing Pokemon or something on my old one xD

I know a lot of people have more than one copy of the game and I've thought about making a cycling town or 2nd town where I can do w/e I want (like TTing freely and cycling tons of villagers).. But it was always in my head, you know..

Now I actually get to have another town, I can't decide what to do >.< my first town isn't done yet.. It progressed a lot but Map isn't really perfect..tho I tried to work around it since I never resettled the game.. I couldn't reset cuz I put so much time into it;;

Should I get a better map for the second town and make that my main town?? And turn my first one into a cycling town or something? Maybe transfer a few villagers from first one.. Hmmmmm
I think keeping two towns all beautiful & nice (paths, landscaping, housing interior, etc) will be too stressful for me cuz I tend to be a perfectionist xD;
(Omg I can't even decide a name for my 2nd town it's so hard, ahhh >_<)

How do you guys do it? If you have more than one copy of the game..
Do you have different themed towns or have one main town and one cycling??

I know there's a lot other threads like this and the final decision is up to me, but I just wanted to hear others opinions.. :]

Maybe you could try to turn the 2nd copy in to a cycling town and try to get your last dreamies! Then you can either keep cycling or turn it into a better town... You can always transfer your villagers if you want to restart your 1st one. Haha sorry my mind is fumbly and I can't think anything out straight.. But hey, just do what you want to

For your new town you can have your town name be Dawn.
Sunset and Dawn? I think it's cute <3

Personally, I would want to keep working on the first town since I've already put effort into shaping it into my ideal town. Of course, it depends on how much work you've put in and how attached you are to that save file, but it's something to consider.

And you are right, I can start as a cycling town and make it better later. While TTing I can upgrade basic stores on Main Street too!
So glad I have another DS on handy.. It will make transferring stuff so much easier C:

Yeaa.. I'm pretty attached to my first one...that's why I never resetted >.<. Tho I think my map could be better.. And I put a campsite in such a bad spot (I was so new to the game back then xD and didn't know about online forums)
