I noticed that too! It's a really cool shirt anyways, so that explains why so many people want it. I have seen it in my stores many times so it isn't rare, but it has high demand because it's a cool shirt and many people like to wear it.

Wow, I've never seen it in my store before. Robin just gave me it when I returned an item to her. It's a pretty cool shirt to wear around the town when nobody is visiting. (I usually wear a little tuxedo or butler outfit when someone comes over. hehe )

It's not really valuable. I mean, you can start with that shirt if you have the right face. If people really wanted it, they'd create a new character just for that shirt lol

It seems like when I got it for the first time one of my villagers gave it to me. I don't think it's rare or anything, I mean you can order it from your catalog at Nook's (once that option becomes available and you've picked up the shirt at one point or another).

It's a common shirt. I'd prove at about 5k at Re-Tail, which is the normal price from most items that come from the Able Sisters.
