With the Wedding Season coming up in June, I was thinking that it could possibly be Nintendo's way of implementing Re-tail into the game Isabelle did say that more shops would be attractive and the island could definitely use more visitors! I've looked around at various places, but can't find much yet. What do you guys think?

That's possible, though I'm worried because I don't really have space for more buildings.

EDIT: I don't think data miners have found any evidence of retail though. So if true, we are long ways out.

I wonder how they would be added in!!! Maybe cyrus will be able to customize furniture that you cant customize but has different colors to another color (like the lighthouse or antique items!)
I would love for reese to have her little flea market type set up again c:

It would be nice if they were added again, I want to have more customization and have music boxes back and the flea market.

In one of the old trailers, one of the fences were white. Currently, fences cannot be customized.

Re-tail might allow expanded customization, return of fossil miniatures, music boxes, gemstone furniture, and more.

I just hope in the June update, we are not limited to just photos... much like how Rover is one-time only (so far). I really wish Re-tail really returns.

how is your island full now? well mine is almost, but only because i have several parks and turned empty spaces into something else. they're changeable, i could easily move them. if it's a building the same size as able sisters, it won't be that big i think. it could be smaller though, retail was small on new leaf.

i’d love that! if it did, i feel like retail would be more focused on its flea market element and maybe cyrus could offer exclusive customization options like being able to customize the furniture that has other variants but can’t be customized regularly ;u;

Maybe it will kind of be like Lief is now. Where they just set up shop at certain times, but offer basically what they did before. Yes. I especially want music boxes back
