Hey, since you haven't been on the forums in awhile Julian is literally #1 on the tier 1 list. most of the time tier 1 villagers go for around 100 tbt and that translates to 20million bells if that's what you're looking for. For people that have him as dreamies, they'd happily give that for him, just so you know
