I can pay upfront from my main town Bonbon (if I win), but I am trying to plot reset Tangy whom I got yesterday (she always picks the wrong place to move) in my other town Cotton.
If I win -cross fingers- May I pick up Julian a bit later? say an hour or so ? (I'm not happy with Tangys home spot choice atm) and I would like Julian to move in Cotton !
