Jacobs Ladder's

Can you grow jacobs ladders next to another one, or will they only spawn cause nice town is nice?

Pretty sure they only spawn when you have the perfect town status. And they tend to spawn on the edges of town like right by the cliffs.

They only spawn when you have a perfect town status along cliffs. You can't keep spawning them by watering them/planting fertilizer beside them like hybrids
